At Paragon Dive, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any item doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns on new, unused equipment. Our goal is to ensure you dive with confidence and the highest quality equipment available.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Pack Your Gear

    Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective cases are included to qualify for a full refund.

  • 3.
    Ship to Paragon

    Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our fulfillment center for inspection.

  • 4.
    Processing and Refund

    Once our dive technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
