How do I know which wetsuit size to order?

We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort or contacting our dive specialists for a personalized fit consultation.

What is your return policy on used gear?

For safety reasons, we only accept returns on unused equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Items that have been submerged in water cannot be returned.

Do you offer international shipping for heavy dive tanks?

We ship most gear globally; however, pressurized tanks and lead weights are restricted to domestic ground shipping due to weight and international safety regulations.

How often should I have my regulator serviced?

To ensure maximum safety, we recommend having your regulators serviced by a certified technician every 100 dives or once a year, whichever comes first.

Are the products covered by a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, as an authorized dealer for all brands we carry, every purchase at Paragon Dive includes the full manufacturer's warranty against defects.
